Well mine and the hubby's 1st anniversary was yesterday. We lived through a whole year and didn't kill each other!!! YAY!!! XD LOL!!!

Didn't do anything special. hell couldn't afford to do so. so maybe after next payday we'll go out and have fun or something.

I actually meant to post this last week but due to butthead hubby hogging the webz...i get to post now!! Yay! this happened last saturday.

Me: thank you for calling [insert you car company here], how may I direct your call???

Dummy: yeah service department please.

Me: I'm sorry the service department is closed due to the holiday weekend. They'll reopen on Tuesday at 7am.

Dummy: Is any service managers in???
*please note that last weekend service was closed since Friday due to Labor Day*

Me: *head desk* ^¬_¬^ no sir, there is no one in service. It is closed until Tuesday.

don't have to go back to the doctor's for at least a month. YAY!!! good news is that the blood pressure meds are working. blood pressure is currently 110 over 88. And i've notice a BIG difference when I'm NOT taking the meds vs. when I'm taking them.

also I got a new phone. and it is the awesomes!!

ok so i went to the doc's last week and he put me on blood pressure meds. will find out the results of diabetes test on thursday.

now i don't mind being on blood pressure meds but gawddamnit I DO NOT NEED THE ITCH FACTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DX

apparently the itchiness i'm currently experiencing is that of an allergic reaction.....needless to say I've stop taking the meds until i get back to the doc's on thursday.

now i have REALLY REALLY REALLY sensitive skin. I mean sensitive to the point where normally if I scratch my arm, i'll get a tiny welt that appears and it goes away after a few mins. so for me, due to this allergic reaction my body looks like someone took a cat-o-nine tails and whipped the shit out of me due to my consistent scratching fits due to these meds.

to better describe how much itching my fits are causing...imagine that you have the chicken pox...or for those that HAD them remember when you had them.....THEN imagine that while you have the chicken pox, you fall into a patch of poison ivy!!!

yeah that's how i'm feeling atm. thank gawd i'm going to the doc's on thursday.

anyways got doctor's appointment in the morning....going to get my blood pressure check since that's been all over the place for the last 2 months and lately my hands have been swelling like crazy. Also getting a diabetes test done per the advice of my G-ma.

in other news...

Been playing Rock Band and love every minute of it.

I am going to have to make a doctor's appointment as soon as I can because my blood pressure has been a little on the high side for the past month and plus I believe that it has been one of the cause for my carpel tunnel to be flaring up more so than what it should be. my hand and fingers on my right hand * just had to be the hand I write with* have been swelling up so I've been putting ice on it and wrapping it up.

Talked to my g-ma about it and she says that on my side of the family, when our blood pressure is up our hands tend to swell. and i've noticed on my ring finger on my left hand * when my right hand isn't bothering me* that I can tell when my blood pressure is up w/ that finger due to my wedding rings feeling a bit tight. g-ma also suggested that I get check for diabetes since it also runs in the family....which is a good idea and will do when I get to a doctor.

E's back...not much to say about that except I love it when she leaves early to go to her therapy appointments. otherwise she's the same as she was before.

only 9 more payments and Eggy is MINE!!!!!! XD

going over to bro-n-law's place on thursday to help w/ packing and to pick up mom's dryer and corwin's stuff. will be wrapping hand after that most definately.

cute ne??? and YES!!! he was the fucking BLACK POWER RANGER!!! but damnit look at how many freakin' animes he's been in...including FMA: episode 35 *which I just got through watching btw!!*, Tales of the Abyss = Guy, Tales of Phantasia OVA = Cress, Grandia 3, the new TOS game for the Wii, and my new 360 game Eternal Sonata *and Cam Clarke is a voice actor in this game too*.

yes I am in total fan-girl-ism w/ this guy....probably as much as Randi is w/ Cam Clarke.

A couple of sundays ago, me and the hubby did our good deed of the day and helped out a cab driver that had gotten robbed and beaten up. We found him limping around in our drive way and honestly I was thinking at first that maybe he was drunk or on drugs and just happen to be wandering around in our yard.

Chris got out to find out what was going on while I finished parking the car. That's when we found out that he got robbed. I talked to 911 while chris went to get an old towel to at least help w/ the bleeding that he was having. we weren't on the phone w/ the 911 operator for 2 mins, when the cops showed up. I swear that is the FASTEST I've ever seen the Po-Po get to an emergency call.

Couldn't tell ya what happened after that since we didn't see anything and had just gotten home when we found the poor guy.

Evelyn, my boss, has been out of the office since May due to foot surgery. Needless to say it has been quite peaceful. It will however suck big hairy donkey balls when she returns.

game review and personal thoughts

Yo peeps!!! Time for another one of my game reviews!!! This time I'm looking at Eternal Sonata for the 360.

Ok so I'm at bookman's looking for a new game to play because let's face it I can only stand playing Disgaea for so long that I have to stop and let it sit for a while before I'll pick it back up again.

Anyway while browsing what I'll call the lock and key case of the games, I saw Eternal Sonata. I figure hey WTH?? the name sounds interestingly enough. so i get it and check it out. And apparently I'm better at picking out good games that look like they wouldn't be worth the money than other things.

Now if my TV wasn't so damn little I'd make a good comment on the graphics and shit but that's something I'll have to omit. Basically the game is about Chopin and his adventure in his dream world. And yes i'm talking about THE Chopin, the classical pianist.

Game play is pretty easy. Your basic lvl grind RPG, but unlike normal RPGs where you have special attacks that only activate at certain points, you can use the specials anytime you want without using up MP or waiting on a limit bar or something to activate.

Fights are simple. They're the basic turn-based but you are free to move around the screen on your turn giving you some kinda of advantage to beat the living hell out of your enemy. Also moving around the screen helps determine which special attack you can use depending on if you are in a 'Light' part or a 'Dark' part of the screen.

Another good thing about this game that is it complete 3 player co-op!!! Finally a game that I can either play alone or w/ others anytime I want!!! Others that want to join in can do so at any point in the game without having to load separate game files or what have you.

In other news...

I'm thinking about creating another LJ and posting my comics that I have been drawing off and on lately. Bet most of you are like "What comics??" Well all I can say for those that don't know is that it is about mine and the hubby's kitty personas and some of the everyday things that we go through. Basically making fun of ourselves.

If you can't laugh at yourself, then who can you laugh at???

well not much going on here...boss is out due to foot surgery. probably won't be back until late august, early september. One of the girls is leaving friday so now we're down to 4 of us. Other boss is trying to get a 2 month replacement, mostly until boss gets back from being out for surgery. why only get a replacement for only 2 months instead of a total permanent replacement??

hell if I know.

having a going away party for coworker on friday. And all i know is that when boss gets life will SUCK ASS!! I really think she has an undianosed case of bi-polar and she's going to just put the weight of her doom and gloom attitude down on the rest of us and make things miserable.

ok seriously I WANT to go to LEGOLAND!!!!

why?? WHY NOT?!?!? everybody loves freakin' legos!!!....well except for those tiny pieces that get stuck together and you can't take them apart even if your life depended on it. And the only way to get those fuckers apart was using a butter knife or the little plastic separator. * they came out w/ that thing AFTER I was well into my teens. I know this because my bro had a lego set and his came w/ one!!!*

a) I want to go there.

c) I like the way that the Builders there can take those little plastic shaped pieces and build Yoda out of Legos.
d) and the way they can build all the famous landmarks of the world out of them.
e) I NEED a VACATION and need to get out of state for a few days.
f) it's 30 mins NORTH of San Diego
